the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were super clean and well-maintained, especially the pool and sauna with amazing views. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away and easy access to boats for island excursions. Plus, the hotel was in a peaceful area, with a gorgeous park nearby.

the exclusive amenities in our room, including the plush bedding and elegant furnishings, made us feel like royalty. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, with everyone always greeting us with a warm smile and offering assistance. the location was a bonus, being conveniently located in the heart of the city. the private facilities, including the spa and gym, were top-notch. the bar/lounge area was a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. the restaurant offered a diverse range of menu options, and the food was always fresh and delicious.
this did not take away from the overall luxurious experience we had at the hotel.

The hotel location was super convenient, just a few steps away from great shopping spots and delicious restaurants. The sea view from the room was breathtaking and woke us up to start the day the best way. The breakfast options were abundant and delicious, with both local and international dishes.
Our room was a bit noisy at times due to the street outside, but nothing too unbearable. , the parking lot could use some better signage and organization to make the arrival and departure experience smoother.

It's a great spot to find boats to go to nearby islands. the rooms are spacious and clean with excellent housekeeping service. the bathroom is equipped with high-end toiletries. the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options. the hotel staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making special arrangements for a guest celebrating their birthday.
The hotel's noise level could be improved.
